Nov. 9, 2016- Fish Skills with Chef Timmy Malloy

In our School of Fish: Fish Skills series premiere edition Chef Timmy Malloy (Private Chef, Formerly at Tavalota, Anchovies & Olives, Local’s Corner-SF) will teach participants techniques to properly select, fillet, and cure wild salmon at home to prepare beautiful gravlax like a pro. Participants will have an intimate hands-on experience learning seafood cooking techniques from Chef Timmy, and by the end of our time together you will be prepared to go home and feed their friends and families like a professional Chef. Crystal Sanders from Fish Revolution will discuss how participants can select seafood that is sustainable, supports healthy oceans and tastes delicious.
